Caught my first #trapeze layout!!!! Of course this was time before, but I caught it! So happy right now!

This week’s goal? A layout sans bent knees.

After over two years, tonight @CircusWarehouse I finally swung outta lines!!! A big THANK YOU to Gino!

The connection you feel with the flow in the arch of your swing - the way you can notice any adjustments you make throughout because there’s nothing holding you back - yeah, there’s just no comparison. Can’t wait to go back and do it all over again!

Full twisting straight jump - success! Now to decide … should I do it again this week or move on to something new?

Good question… what are you doing New Years Eve?

I’m adding catching this trick tonight at #trapeze to my Christmas list. My memory might be foggy, but I think it’s the first blind catch I’ve tried to do. Not perfect, but getting there.

This is how my Wednesday morning will go, except I won’t have crazy long hair and the backdrop will be the airport.
